El póster se basa en la festividad que se da en Píllaro-Ecuador, los primeros días del año. Se buscó representar la sensación de estar en la diablada, en conjunto con la variedad de máscaras que la comunidad pillareña se esmera cada año en elaborar. Para la elaboración de las ilustraciones se utilizó la misma técnica de pintura que se utiliza en las máscaras originales, utilizando una plancha de papel periódico y engrudo, pintura acrílica y laca.

The poster is based on the festivity that occurs in Píllaro-Ecuador, the first days of the year. The aim was to represent the sensation of being in the diablada, together with the variety of masks that the Pillareña community strives to make each year. For the elaboration of the illustrations, the same painting technique that is used in the original masks was used, using a sheet of newspaper and paste, acrylic paint and lacquer.
